Came in to ship documents, and turns out they don't do shipments. Worst customer service, and will not be coming to this location.

Store Manager at Milwaukee Store very helpful. Called another store to make sure they had product and asked them to hold for me. I was impressed.

I admit that I wasnt looking forward to visiting this store based on the poor reviews on Yelp. I visited the store twice within two days and had a great experience both times. I had tedious orders with lots of individual items. Carson was my cashier and he was professional, patient and kind. Carson went the extra mile and introduced me to the Staples app and found an additional $30 in savings. Carson could have easily skipped over telling me about the app. The store is clean, stocked and well organized. I was getting school supplies and the prices were better than Target, Walmart and Fred Meyer. Kudos to this particular Staples - you earned my repeat business. I hope you recognize Carson for his outstanding customer service!
