Stor-It Self Storage

One of the best facilities in South East Boise! Extremely convenient and always clean. Managers are always friendly and a joy to work with! Great place. I store all my things at Stor-it. Plus they love frogs!

TLDR: Reserved a uhaul online and nobody was in office to provide truck during their posted office hours. Terrible customer service trying to sort it out. Reserved a uhaul and when I got there to pick it up nobody was there and the door was locked. Called their help line and they said somebody will call and they gave me another number to call for help. I got tired of waiting for them to call me so I called the other number I was given and it was just the uhaul hotline (big help that was). The somebody that was supposed to call called me 45 minutes later and it was a manager from a different location. The person didnt seem to care at all that I was trying to get a uhaul and that nobody was at the office during the hours posted on their door. No apology, no well make it right just a condescending oh you could have done contactless pick up. If I wanted to do contactless pick up I would have picked that option. By the time the person called me I had already gotten a uhaul from a different group. 100% very disappointed.
