I have bought a lot of used cars in my lifetime. And I have NEVER paid the asking price... until this time. StarCity had priced the car I purchased so well that I didn't even bother trying to negotiate with them, I was pleased with the sticker and it was a nice change not to have to haggle. I appreciated that Lenny & Mo were easy to communicate with, it was easy to get info I requested or needed (such as Carfax easily being obtained from their listing), they answered all questions, I trusted the physical inspection they did on their own lot, and it's 7 months later and I am more than pleased with my EV from StarCity. It was the best and most streamlined car buying experience I've ever had. And no, they did not ask me to write this, or leave any review. Unlike when buying from the big dealerships, I have not received any unsolicited mail or e-mails. I was not put on any marketing lists. There were so many advantageous things about buying from StarCity that they will be the first place I check when I need another car in the future, as my kids reach driving age. Well done Starcity!
