Find somebody else. Last year after they did my taxes which were the very basic. The IRS notified me that they forgot to claim my EIC which is Earned Income Credit. I phoned Stanwood and Riggs twice to ask about this. They never returned my calls. I had to find out myself from the IRS how to file the proper paperwork. They IRS sent me a check for $750.00! So they are Either LAZY or DON'T KNOW what they are Doing! Find somebody more competent. I would have lost out on $750.00 if not for the IRS letting me know. BEWARE!

Rather than paying a faceless corporation with endless call centers who knows where, I recommend that you instead work with Stanwood & Riggs, a local office with real people who are friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. Jessi and her staff are knowledgeable about tax procedures and accounting, responsive to questions and inquiries, and work efficiently and accurately. As my own business and personal taxes have become more complex over the years, I trust Jessi and her staff to take care of all the variables with an up-to-date understanding of tax law, deductions, credits, and everything else. The value I received not only in the knowledge of available credits and deductions but in the time saved by outsourcing my business taxes more than makes up for the cost, which was itself quite reasonable.
