Caldwell is really moving forward in a strong direction of redevelopment and small business promotion. I enjoy visiting downtown and bringing my children to play and enjoy to vibrant outdoor activities and fun clean shops!!

My son ,who moved to Boise a few years back, offered to take my wife and i to the Caldwell Christmas Light Display. My wife likes lights and hot chocolate..both offered nicely. I really could care less..HOWEVER its a free light show with a hell of a lot of work and effort. Displays in the river were well thought out and the breathing dragon blasting flames ,WOW ! The ice rink with the Restaurant Bar overlooking the ice skaters was a great location. I've been to alot of light shows and this was the most relaxed event. Ample free parking , great polite crowd, open businesses to cater to guests.
