Extremely overpriced. They claim "everything has gone up in price." They are right everything has gone up. But they are taking advantage of everyone and not following the market. They are sky rocketing there prices claiming "its the market". Save your money and buy elsewhere. I support local businesses. But I don't support local businesses that are very clearly ripping off there customers.

Full disclosure, I am one of those fools, who waited until last minute to get my lawn mower serviced for the season after we had a stint of warm weather reminding us to get it done; nevertheless, when I dropped off the mower, Jacob seemed a little perturbed by my inquiry about service timeline. Jacob's probably tired of all us customers waiting until last minute to bring in their equipment, yet expecting the service be performed over night. You can tell in his demeanor that he wasn't happy about having to provide a timeline, but I was able to get a 2 1/2 week estimated schedule from him in the end. Ultimately, Woody's over-delivered. They got the job done in 1 1/2 weeks, and did an efficient job servicing the mower. Thank you for your hard work.. Also, Nathan was helpful, kind and courteous when I picked up the mower. The only critique I'll offer is to Jacob. Customer service can be a real bear some times. We get it. Most of us have paid our dues in this realm. Regardless, the customer can tell when you're not empathetic, and it really seemed like you didn't want to help me plan on my side based on your estimated service timeline. It was a little more difficult than it had to be. Otherwise, well done fellas!

Everytime I come to Woody's, they do not have simple items. Wasted 10 minutes In service department, nobody's there. Call front desk, nobody answers. Call all auxillary numbers nobody answers. No need for lines if NOBODY answers. *Edit* Even a way to alert someone to presence would go along way to alleviate this problem. Go anywhere else for your needs.

Super nice crew. Got my mower serviced and my pressure washer fixed up. My first time using them and have already recommended them to others.
