I met Will through family back in early 2019. I kept in touch with him for the past few years. We were planning to purchase new in early 2023. Will & Ashley became our exclusive realtors and added us to their MLS portal. They started helping us find listings in early November and began taking us on home tours. Will and Ashley suggested that we buy early because the market was taking a nose dive. We'll boy were they right! We took part in the CBH Festival of Homes. With the ongoing help from Will & Ashley, we were able to find our forever home! After alot of negotiations on their behalf and a little bit of luck, we received over $33k in buyers credits and closed on our home the day after Christmas! Had we ignored their advice and waited...
