What a waste of taxpayers money! People should be mad at how awful this office (DOESN'T) run.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The Caldwell office is ridiculously rude. The security guard sitting at the front desk if his butt isn't meant to be helping people when they walk through the door then he shouldn't be sitting there. If he is there to help people then they need to give him a class on customer service and on how not to be so rude. After dealing with the security guard who has 0 customer service skills and just sits there and points like its to much work to show people what they need to do or just be more communtive, How are we supposed to Know what to do. We don't work there. Then our number got called, we walked up to the window. The gentleman literally said what do you guys want? That's how he greeted us! not, How can I help you? What do you want? There's more that I could write while we were sitting there. What we experienced and the rudeness. And if you read the reviews all the reviews are the same. How rude this place is. I don't understand how somebody in a higher office doesn't read these reviews and say what the heck is going on at the Caldwell office and fix this. You have no idea what's going on in somebody's life. And then they have to walk in and deal with the rudeness of the social security office. Do you think people want to be there dealing with that stuff? no. Do you better caldwell?

I went in today 2/8/2024 at 9am, the lady working with glasses and brown hair at window 1, was so rude. She seemed to be in a bad mood. She didnt bother looking at the paperwork I took in from the documents I chose from the online application. She said they werent valid, even though I did complete the application online and chose the options they gave me online to take in. She said I had to bring in the documents she was telling me to take in and that the online document options didnt matter, that she was the one to determine what documents are valid or not. Her attitude and attire was not professional whatsoever. Looked like she rolled out of bed and threw on some dirty clothes she had laying around. Whoever hires, should really take hygiene, education, and people skills into more consideration!

Got hung up on while trying to ask to be transferred. What a pathetic and miseducated person these places hire! I have seen a lot of discrimination in this facility, have talked to certain individuals about the speciifics. I do think there needs to be an internal investigation into these offices for denying seriously injured and elders for specific reasoning- race, looks, education levels, and mental capacity conditions and concerns. I really think a lot of these people are what you would say the conservative spectrum working these Idaho offices. Put it together people. Specifically speaking it was a woman, and she was really rude also

Awesome help from Jessica! Friendly, helpful & determined to resolve our issue. Wait time was about 30 minutes which was fine. Happy it was such a smooth process.
