        Recently joined and am loving it so far! The trainers genuinely value your health and promote safe lifting and proper form. The trainers are super helpful and knowledgeable. Very community based and I have felt very welcome in this new environment for me.

        Love it! I have been going to Crossfit Cda for close to a year and half and its become more than just "the gym". There is so much community there its unbelievable. I was so intimidated to do crossfit that it took me several years to make the switch. There was no reason to be intimidated. I just wish I had started sooner!
