Great hotel if you're in Coeur d'Alene. Great breakfast.

We arrived LATE- a typical experience would be a sleepy greeting- but Yousef was a ray of sunshine! He greeted us warmly and quickly got us assigned to a room. The room was clean and we were greeted by a handwritten note from Jen (& 2 Hershey kisses!). The morning crew was equally friendly and as we left- Arana sent us off with a smile. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I travel weekly for work and in 2023-2024 probably stayed here over a dozen times. The rooms were always very clean, the front desk attendants were very friendy and helpful no matter the time or day. I was so impressed with this property I made it my primary stay location, any time I go to Coeur d'Alene this will be the spot. The location is near restaurants, grocery stores, and is right off the highway. Never disappointed. Rooms: Clean as a fiddle

Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Very quiet. Super kind staff at the front desk. The breakfast included is actually fantastic and there is always coffee and tea available. Pool and gym are small but still really nice. Would definitely stay here again.
