        Excellent Staff. No nonsense pricing (no "setup fees" on new bikes!) Fair treatment. Super fast transaction buying my bike. They used Potlatch Federal Credit union, which offers stellar financing with low rates. 2nd time buying from them and Ill go back again! :) Edit: 2024. Unfortunately, specialty is no longer doing no setup fees sadly. Not sure if they will return again to no setup fees. I hope they do!

        I just bought a brand new sled from this store. This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I am a satisfied customer. We had a small issue with my new sled and the service department dropped everything and got my sled right in and took care of me immediately. They offer outstanding customer service and the sales associate Bill is very knowledgeable and also offers great customer service. I highly recommend Specialty! Russ and Lisa Weaver
