        VERY UN-RELIABLE beware..Called had a leak in a pipe in the business I work for. They could not come right out but could in the morning. They called me back couldnt in the morning but could in the afternoon at 3, I explained it was pretty significant now. I got to the location at 2 and waited and at 330 called to see if they were still coming. No answer. Called again 15 minutes later no answer. Now my leak is filling a 5 gallon bucket pretty quickly, now 4 in the afternoon. (Got another company out to fix it). John from Rants called me at 8 pm that night said they could be out in the morning. You can not count on this company to help you!!

        John takes frequent smoke breaks, no call no showed four times and took two months to complete a 12 hour job. On top of it all hes grumpy. We chose him because he told us the other plumbers were wrong and since he taught the NIC classes in plumbing he knows his stuff- but alas, he did the same job the other plumbers were going to do. For an emergency he might be worth it but he charged twice the price of anyone else. This review wont get posted and thats why he has 5 stars. Scam artist.
