On Sat. 1/13/24, I had to visit your store in Eagle, ID, due to an antifreeze problem at the start of a winter storm. I had the pleasure of being assisted by your two store associates, Ryan and Trisha. When I entered the store, they were very busy helping other customers before me. I am a senior lady, 71 years old who tries to make sure my auto is running properly with all fluids ready especially for harsh winter conditions. When it was my turn, these two went out of their way to help me solve my problem, and put my mind at rest. They treated me like family! There should be more people like them in the world! Their kindness and excellent customer service is very much appreciated! Thank you so much and may this new year bring blessings back to them and their families!
