      Hello R V, a good percentage of our inventory is consigned, so your purchases of those items is final. However, with our new product items, we do work with our customers and have a couple options: The first is a 24 hour approval period, all you have to do is let us know that you are not sure about the piece, you can take the piece home and if it doesn't work, bring it back the next day. If you are giving a gift, we will always do an exchange for those customers.
