Winnie Taker left a review on here that is complete slander and totally fake. Elijah is by far the best cosmetologist I have had work on my hair! He is always respectful, personable and above all professional. I always come back and go out of my way to go to this shop to have him cut my hair, I would recommend him to anybody and do recommend him to anyone needing any kind of hair cut he does it all and with a smile on his face. 12/5 best place in town to get your hair cut! I recently got a haircut from a stylist named Elijah and he was an absolute delight! He was very kind, polite, and personable. The haircut he gave me was spectacular! My hair hasnt looked this good in years! I will absolutely be returning. Thank you Elijah!

I was there when this beast of a woman by the name of "Winnie taykor" was there, and truth be told her review is nothing but slander and lies,. Do not believe a word of it. That woman was rude the whole time. in my opinion, this is the best great clips in Idaho and Elijah is a very spirited and energetic employee who values her job and treats her clients With the utmost respect. 10/5 stars he gave me an amazing haircut and was polite the whole time.

An employee in the shop by the name of Elijah gave my son the worst experience we have ever had in a great clips location. We were visiting from out of state and in complete disbelief at what we witnessed. This employee was smoking marijuana through a vape pen during shift and my son reported a smell on her and glazed eyes. The manager is obviously aware of this as how could you not notice your employee is high at work and actively doing illegal drugs? Im in complete shock at how she sat back and allowed this seemingly young employee to also talk non stop about her self in a very personal matter during what was probably one of the weirdest and worst haircuts my son has ever recieved. He kept telling her what he wanted and she would cut him off and act like she was listening but the horrible cut he recieved shows otherwise that SHE DID NOT do what he asked. We are leaving for spring break soon, this is a very important haircut for vacation photos with family members we havent seen in along time. He is so embarrassed by his horrible rushed haircut done by someone who is clearly high, and smells like Marijuana that he wont take his hat off and has cried a handful of times now. Im not one to usually leave reviews like this, but I am disgusted by this unacceptable behavior and blatant disrespect for the customer. We will NEVER be returning, and sharing with all our local family and friends to watch out for this shop and employee. Shame on the manager for allowing something like this! I will be following up with corporate and the professional license department of Idaho for her friends trying to discredit my experience with my son and trying to save their friends job. That speaks volumes to attack me and my son and our review to try to save or cover for someone who should not have a professional license in an industry where its a zero drug policy in a state where marijuana is illegal. Shame on Great clips Eagle Pavilion for trying to cover this up. Stylist: Elijah is highly unprofessional. Should not have a license while using drugs in the workplace. And having multiple friends leave reviews calling me rude when they were not present for my son and Is appointment speaks to that unprofessionalism. I dont care what your experience was with her. She was high on the job and did not do what was asked. Discrediting my review does not take away from that experience that my poor son had to endure. I would give her the stylist 0 stars if I could.
