Homewood Suites by Hilton Eagle Boise

We stayed here for 3 weeks during a home repair. They made us feel so welcome. Our dog was very unsettled for the first 3 days, but she settled in nicely, considering she relied on us to leash her up several times a day and take her outside. While we were stressed with the insurance claim taking forever, the staff were all friendly and responsive to our needs. We were grateful we had a full kitchen to cook dinner daily. It saved us so much money on eating out daily, as well as feeling some sense of normalcy while being displaced from our home. (It did feel a bit strange walking through the lobby with WinCo grocery bags, though.) The breakfast was so nice. It always had a great selection of breakfast foods that had the homecooked touch, and not just a pre-packaged carb loaded food. Fresh fruit, and a different selection daily was really nice to look forward to. Our room was always cleaned on time, and now I'm spoiled. :) Thank you Homewood Suites, for making us feel comfortable while navigating an insurance claim and repair situation. This visit was neither vacation or business, but I listed it as a business stay because it was the better option of the 2 choices. We definitely will consider this hotel chain in our future travels!

The building is gorgeous but not stuffy. Nicely decorated and really large foyer with alot of privacy tables for visiting but you still feel cozy. The coffee is sooo good...if you like a stronger brew this is your style, which i prefer. You can also buy a selection of wines red or white by the bottle, only one brand, must be local , Beer, IPA, and good assortment of snacks healthy and other. Our room was really large, a suite. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great, not bricks :) Anytime we're in Boise we will stay here again. The front clerk was a bit bitter. Not sure why he was so stoic, maybe just having an off day. Not one grin from him or enjoy your stay hhhmmm We'll still come back! Very dirty bed. Dirty shower. Garbage left in room. Staff wasn't helpful or responsive, leaving me to solve on my own. I feel sorry for the solo staff at the desk bc the management is never there. LOUD. It's not worth the decor. Disappointing. I'll never return.

The hotel is clean, open, and sports great hospitality. We stayed in a double-queen room. The room was open concept and comfortable. True to other Hilton-owned hotels, there were ample liquid toilettries. One service that made our experience nicer was the breakfast. As someone with special dietary needs, the cook made dairy-free scrambled eggs for me. The hotel also had oatmilk, gluten-free, potato-free bread, and dairy-free butter. Very kind of management/staff to accomodate those who have these needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Very beautiful Hotel. Wish we could've stayed longer. Breakfast selections were awesome, the room had everything you need (except a bathtub). Best part, super close to our venue.
