We remodeled our kitchen in 2020. Several months after the remodel, we had a link behind our refrigerator where the water valve connects to the refrigerator. Long story short, there was a crack in the water valve. The repair was completed. We were told Farmers would review the valve to determine the cause of the leak. Attorneys were assigned to our case. A year has passed. A couple of days ago, I received a call from Farmers saying they determined the cause was a crack in the value and the manufacturer was liable. Farmers has a partial reimbursement from the manufacturer and informed me we also received some reimbursement! This goes to show to never give up faith that Farmers will take care of the problem.
