Coming from a captive program where I started my insurance career, Pacific Crest Services, is by far one of the best decisions I have made. My first year with Pacific Crest, was my biggest year production wise. Subsequently, Pacific Crest continues to aid in my career development as an agent, providing helpful advice, providing education internally so I could obtain my CLCS designation, providing a Carrier Set that enables me to close MOST of the business I quote, providing extensive back office support so I can spend my time on what offers me the best return, writing new business. Plus, it's nice to work with so many SMART people. The synergy it can provide to your agency is tremendous.

I've been working for Pacific Crest Services for over 1 1/2 years now. I was a Captive Agent with another company. The team at Pacific Crest made the transition to the Independent world so much easier.
