I just want to say BCKM is the most amazing place and the people are so supportive. As you know, Im older and out of shape, plus I need lots of repetition, slow mind. This is the place you are looking for! In 25 years this is my favorite place I have trained. Not that the others were bad places. It's just that your not going to find better instruction or people to train with anywhere. This place is for the true martial artist. If your looking for personal growth, getting in shape and learning a valuable skill set that could potentially save you or a loved ones life some day don't make the mistake of going somewhere else.

I took the hand gun class on 01/27/24. All instructors were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this class especially to all women who are interested. I love that they are so patient and kind to all participants. Get signed up as you wont be disappointed.
