Chaotic mess! Overwhelming smell of dog urine. Lots of groomer owned dogs running around loose and barking. There was a dog left sitting in a tub soaking wet with no one tending to it. Took my dog in for a groom. He was bathed and brushed but not trimmed or groomed. Had to take him back to get groomed. Again, there was an overwhelming smell of dog urine. One of the groomers' dogs barked and nipped at my dog. The groomer took the handle of my leash and smacked her dog with it. She said the dog was hers, so she was allowed to do that! This made me wonder if she was smacking my dog too when I wasn't there.

Ditto to the other review about chaos. I took my dog in to get groomed and walked right back out. A disgusting mess of dogs and cats running around everywhere not caged. As a new customer they didnt even ask what I wanted done before trying to take my dog. Ive never seen anything like it in my life.

I walked in early to find my dog was left in a kennel with blowers to dry him while their personal dogs were barking at him. Horrible experience.
