        Severely disappointed with the lack of integrity and Honesty that agent Lora Russell showed. falsifying offers in order to induce a higher counter and then not producing said offer when it was requested. she was very degrading and demeaning. she insisted that every repair was minor and could be completed by a guy named "Jose" at 1/10 the price that a qualified professional actually quoted. The icing on the cake was that she knowingly assisted in the theft of negotiated property from the house. obviously she has no problem operating in the gray area.
