Greg was the best realtor I have ever worked with. I know roll your eyes at me...but seriously, he helped us beyond just finding the home, he negotiated on our behalf to get us the best possible deal along with dealing with all of the nuances that come with dealing with builders and contractors. He seriously went out of his way to take care of us like we were friends or family. That is rare. I appreciate all that he has done and would recommend him to anyone who's looking for someone that is trustworthy and works really hard without making it seem like you are "just another client"

From day 1 Greg was attentive to my desired aspects in a home, excited about walking me through the process, and passionate to make sure he puts me in a home that I would love. I had a quicker timeline of when I was hoping to purchase my home and Greg felt the sense of urgency and he delivered. We were in constant communication (even when he was supposed to be taking some vacation time). Greg worked flawlessly with the seller's agent and was able to negotiate a great deal for both parties. Whenever the day comes that I need to move, Greg will be my first call.

I can't say enough good things about working with Greg Earl. His work ethic is second to none, and he helped us tremendously through the process of moving out of State and buying our dream home in the beautiful city of Star, Idaho.
