Wells Fargo Bank

They up and changed their hours to 10am to 4pm. I get off of work at 4 or 4:30. Now I can't do any of my banking. Honestly might have to switch banks. Both the Hailey and and Ketch branches lobbies close at 4. Ketchum drive through is open till 5 but I'll barely make it or not at all. I'm not going to drive all the way to Jerome or twin to do my banking that's ridiculous. I utilize the app to it's max capacity but something's need to be done in person. No one wants to work nowadays.

Absolute joke of a bank. They don't help the next customer in line very very slow and say they can't do stuff that twin falls Wells Fargo can do.

Horrible institution with stupid, complicated and unnecessary policies. You can't do anything at Wells Fargo without jumping through a whole load of unnecessary hoops. On at least four different occasions in the past year, I've attempted to do what should be a simple banking process, only to find Wells Fargo makes everything impossible. Just go to any other bank really and you'll find that simplicity actually does exist, just not at Wells Fargo.
