Mountain Valley Lodge

Weve stayed here through the past few years on work trips. Its my first since theyve rebranded . Overall I was very happy with everything. The bed was comfortable, the shower and sink area more then adequate and plenty of hot water. I had a few things I had to go to the front desk for ( batteries, an extra blanket and change for vending). All three of the women were very helpful and polite. The new decor caught me off guard but I found it inviting and unique. All in all a great place to stay and definitely the most affordable in Hailey. Will be returning again in a couple weeks.

Do not stay here. It's cheap for a reason. Their only shuttle was out of service so I had to WALK 38 minutes into town with all of my bags as there are no cars available after 7 pm, apparently and when I got there there was no one at the front desk! They also do not answer the front desk phone at all. Terrible customer service. I'll never come back here and frankly they don't deserve to stay open. Update: and the wifi doesn't work. Cherry on the cake for this dump

Stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms for 2 nights. The room itself was standard 2 queens but was very much weathered from either guests or previous pets. Lamp shades were damaged. Nail polish was spilled between the 2 beds on the carpet. The dresser corner was very damaged and an attempt was made to glue it back together. The phone system for this hotel was down the entire time prior to our stay as well as during so it made booking a room here and communicating with the hotel very difficult. We basically had to show up and hope they had a room. The online booking system showed they had a king room available but upon arrival they only had a 2 queen room which was more expensive then the king room we intended on staying in. Staff was friendly and complimentary breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub during our stay. It was very nice that they had adult only hours for the pool.

The rooms aren't quite finished yet, not enough power outlets, paint, the only usable light was a lamp with no shade.. looked a little sketchy..

Definitely one of the most confusing places in hailey Idaho , they are making alot of new changes that they cant even keep up with , sad to be apart of this community and needs to be replaced. Unprofessional and have all workers there have the worst attitude like they dont get paid . Worst hotel in Idaho
