Aardvark Transportation

Called and arranged a ride three days in advance and even changed the pickup time to be better for the driver. Not only did they not show up they didnt answer any phone calls. Leaving me and my four friends to fend for ourselves. Do not use Aardvark services if you like to plan ahead and not worry about getting a taxi.

We reserved threir service 72 hours advance. They texted and. Said they couldnt give us ride. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would not recommend ever using them!!!

The fare was $60 and I was able to set the pickup time so I of course thought it would be a private driver like most other drivers in SV that are charging this rate. He calls 15 minutes early and said he is here and recommended we should be ready now but I said we will be there at the set pick up time as I didnt want to rush saying bye to my family. He then proceeded to call 2 other times to see our progress. We get down to the parking lot and he was rushing us and telling us we need to hurry up. Thats when I realize there is a van full of people which I felt terrible about because these people also had flights to make and didnt want to delay them. He then violently threw my ski bag in the van along with my boyfriends items. We then crammed in the van with 6 other people and I had to climb over the seat to the very back. He slammed the doors once we are in and drove like a madman to the airport.. Nickey who scheduled the ride told us they were cash preferred. When we gave him the cash he got mad so we then we had to do credit card. We did not tip because the experience was terrible and he was in disbelief and asked if $60 was really all we wanted to pay Terrible experience. Would not recommend this service to anyone. He stayed on top of our delayed flight and was there when we stepped off the plane. Great service.
