        Dear John Avery, as you well know,fiiling for Bankruptcy is a very distressing feeling. However, as I explained to my son (who will be filing) life can and does give us circumstances far beyond our control. He feels such guilt and defeat in considering this. I'm glad he has a conscience, though. I had to explain that he has no choice at this point. Health insurance is not affordable with his wage but just over the amount to qualify for state aid. His new car stopped running 3 months after purchasing. He has always been steadily employed. John Avery comes highly recommended. As my mother always said... " This too, shall pass". I have the highest hopes that Avery Law will help my son start over without feeling like a failure. Sincerely, JM
