Hyde Drift Boats

I ordered floor inserts in Febuary. They processed my payment and said 4 to 6 weeks shipping so I contacted them late April and they said they would ship them within a month. I never heard anything so I emailed them mid July with no response. I ended up driving through Idaho falls and stopping in. They provided me my product but if I didn't stop interest who knows if or when I would have heard back. Love my hyde drift boat but very disappointed in the service.

I placed an order online for a knee lock to install in jet boat. I emailed twice to get an update on the order (no reply) and then called three times. Each time I called I was told the person who handles the online orders was not in the office and I could leave a message. I did so but never heard from them. I finally just called and cancelled my order.

I ordered a cover and they told me that would be to my home in 6-8 weeks and it arrived in 2. I was very impressed by the quick turnover, when I went to put the cover on, it didnt fit as I had unfortunately ordered the wrong size. They were quick to help me out and get the right cover. Thank you Hyde family!
