        Good luck ever getting someone to call you back. They just pass you around to different voicemails until you give up. Definitely wont be using them for the next developments.

        I was a contractor in Oregon and loved working with builders first source. The offices here are terrible and the customer service is horrible. I have asked for to material job bids and both times I have been blown off. The last time the guy was "working on it" goes on vacation then never gets back to me. Builders First Source needs to look at hiring new employees. Update - they got me one quote list but apparently they can not get siding, verseta stone, or LVL's. Would not recommend using them at all.

        Hopefully our experience is not the norm. This is not how I remembered BMC but this was a disaster. Our bid came in $500 higher than Home Depot and it was a $2,300 order. Unfortunately it was too late to adjust our plan due to contractor schedules. We asked him to leave the materials on the driveway but he decided the side window is best. After realizing there was a mound in the way he just dropped the load ON TOP OF THE DIRT PILE!!! It totally fell apart. Instead of fixing it he just left me a mess of lumber high centered on the small mound...
