Robert and associate came right on time and within an hour and a half had my furnace up and running again. The furnace is over 50 years old, but they found the necessary part, and got it running again. The cost for the service was reasonable. Thanks guys! Services: Electrical inspections, General repairs

Young Electric went out of their way to get my heat back and running today. I have used several times in the past and will continue to use them.

They came highly recommended by family, but they never returned our messages requesting an appointment when our air conditioner went out in the evening a week ago. I requested an appointment through Young's online appointment system early the next morning (9 July 2021) and was hopeful after receiving the automated email saying "they would get back with us shortly, in the meantime call them with any questions." I called twice that day because the first time was a couple of minutes before business hours began. The second time I even requested a call back, if they could not work us in because they were busy. My husband called the following Monday, still nothing. Not sure what was up, however, not returning a call even to say they are swamped is bad business etiquette and that is the reason for the one star rating. I called another company on the 9th who responded with in an hour and said he was booked through the 15th (he got our business & did an excellent job . . . even came a day earlier).
