We found out last minute that we left out two award winners who were coming to our conference and Eric went ABOVE and BEYOND to order the same exact matching award trophys from Colorado and arranged shipping to arrive on time!!!! Absolutely great work, offered excellent service and kindly took a last minute - same day order without hesitation. The design and ordering process was smooth, he even pulled products from the back just so I could get some ideas. And was patient as I changed my mind a couple of times. Turn around time was exceptional to say the least and the overall price was fair and products are great quality.
