Working with Deb has been nothing short of amazing. My work requires me to travel and having her check up on my home when I'm gone gives me peace of mind. Her keyholder services have been crucial to managing my home as a short term rental, and she is quick to respond to renter and home-related concerns. At one point last year, two days prior to renters moving in, the water heater broke. Deb was communicative and facilitated the necessary services to have the water heater replaced, and surrounding area dried and cleaned before the renters arrived. If I hadn't utilized Deb's home watch services, the water heater would have caused untold damage, poor renter experience, and a huge headache for me while at work back east. If you're looking for someone to care for your home in the long term or even provide a check in while on vacation, Deb is the woman for the job.
