Do not stay here. Sketch! Questionable cliente that may have a side business or no work hotel has been renowned partially and is awful. Dirty. Yuck food. Screaming kid running down halls at 3:56 AM. Tricycle in hall for days no deadbolt on door. Felt unsafe. Thermostat busted. Hair ball on sink counter, hair on pillows, blankets and in sink. Toilet bowl needs cleaning. The shampoo bottle was 1/3 used - see picture. No privacy door hanger, told receptionist I needed on and for no one to come into my room. They went in while I was gone, still no privacy tag.

This place is running a SCAM. Me and my girlfriend decided we wanted to spend a night away from our house, just as spontaneous fun little trip. We did walk in availability with this hotel and paid for one night. Upon entering the room, we were met with an unpleasant smell and crumbs/hair all over one of the beds. Me and my lady both decided we didnt want to stay here any longer. The guy at the front desk refused a refund & took several minutes of arguing for him to finally agree. He said we would receive our refund within 24 hours. it has been THREE DAYS. Each time ive called, ive received an excuse/lie from 2 different staff. Even as far as one them saying no credit card or last name matching the information i gave them. Almost $200 basically stolen from us. Im about to take this a step further and get a legal team involved if this issue isnt resolved soon. UPDATE: Our bank is investigating the hotel, and found out that they wiped her name out of the hotel system, but kept her card number. the hotel is still playing dumb saying we never stayed there despite us having bank statements of this place charging my girlfriends card. Bank is taking legal action. NEVER STAY HERE.
