        Prior to my retirement (late '90s), I had business with a 'Property Management service' or two. At that time their 'payment' was somewhat appalling. I'm on the other side now (renter), and have no idea R.P.M.'s payment of contracted labor. Ergo, my review refers only to various maintenance requests, and is EXCELLENT. Their attention to various maintenance requests is outstanding! As a note, I would imagine their sub-contractor-payment is also good, as that is what KEEPS the good repair services in their hire!
