        The lady who did my taxes put the wrong address even tho she read my address back to me yesterday and from what I knew it was right but she didnt put the apartment number on my amended return when it even shows my on my old return the correct address and she saw the address on it. When I confronted her about it she blamed the whole thing on me saying I read it back to you and you said it was correct so it wasnt my fault when it was. I paid 275 DOLLARS just for her to do it wrong. I didnt type in the wrong address she did so how is it my fault. She needs to work on her customer service and learn to take accountability and it would have been nice to atleast get a fake apology. Like I could have saved so much more money doing this on TurboTax with no issues whatsoever. No I have to go through the hassle of dealing with this issues through the IRS and post office. Her name is PAULA CHEE! Dont go through her. She will mess up and blame it on you. Im NEVER GOING THROUGH H&R AGAIN!!!!!
