Food is beautiful and tasty. I had an appetizer and ate half of it. She boxed it up for me. I didnt even eat half of my main meal. It was tender delicious steak. I asked for a to go box. She said she would box it up. She didnt come back for a long time. When she finally came back she had thrown away my meal. She said they would make me a new one. The new one came bagged up. When I looked at it later at home there was literally 3 tiny pieces of steak. Not even half of what was thrown away. I was very disappointed that my meal was wasted like that. I tried to call and talk to them but the language barrier was difficult.

I love Peruvian food and the cleanliness of their restaurants. Peruvian chicken is made in a rotisserie and when ordered they tell you in advance how long it will take to finish cooking. Chicken is delivered on a nice looking plate, and it is fresh, hot, and moist. This is the exaxt opposite of most Mexican restaurants where the chicken comes from a steam table and is normally dried out and tough. Mexican restaurants normally just toss your chicken on the plate vs. look at nice presentations in this photo.
