Deluxe Dental | General and Cosmetic Dentist

I was a patient at Deluxe Dental for almost 1 year. I made every appointment I had. In December I had to cancel an appointment because I had Covid and my appointment was changed to January sometime. I had a family member pass away the day the appointment was and given the circumstances I forgot to call and let them know. I had left a voice-mail yesterday and sent a text for them to call me and they did not return my call. So today I called back and told them what had happened in January and why I missed my appointment and I got put on hold just for them to come back on the phone and tell me they would no longer see me. I was upset and crying with the lady I spoke with. I understand if someone is a no call no-show SEVERAL times, but ONE time and they decide not to see me is just sad. Especially when my family member died and that was why I missed my appointment. They are not as kind as they seem. They just also tried to tell me I missed 3 appointments which is incorrect and I have proof of one appointment they said I didn't make. They also tried to say I missed 2 appointments in January which I did not. I had one. At this point I'm happy I'm no longer a patient with them. They are rude, and they clearly put in wrong information for patient records.

Dr. Jeremy Walker is a cross between Yul Brenner and "Walker Texas Ranger". Excellent and compassionate care is just the tip of the iceberg. Imagine, sunglasses so his bright lights and (possible) tony things don't affect you, his friend. (Yes, he treats you much better than as a patient.) Personable, friendly - your needs, comfort, and questions are his priority when you are in the chair. He's not rushing to get to the next patient. I drive all the way from the Boise Bench - and he's worth the gas .

The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had to have a tooth pulled and was emotional and full of anxiety. Limber personally turned a rough experience into a great day for me. It was Halloween and he had designed and made this beautiful masksuper talented. He calmed my nerves by chit chatting with me while getting me ready for dentist.Thank you Limber!!! Keep being the wonderful, welcoming, talented person you are!!! Also, I had Medicaid originally and as far as I know they are the only dentist in treasure valley that cover white fillings which is why I started going to them but because of staff I have continued to be a patient even though its a commute. Called and had last minute appointments for me when I needed it I knew they wont be able to have time to request an interpreter, interpreter required to have a week or two weeks head to approve a interpreter to come in. But came in and talk with them was the most easiest to communicate and u love it. I feel comfortable with these people who do my teeth and communication skills with oil e or write paper. Great people with their patiences
