        This is a beautiful development. The location is less than ideal because of the rural infrastructure, including roads and lack of local grocery stores.

        My husband and I went with our agent to see this new home project. We met with one of the builders agents, Anjuli. She was very attentive and knowledgeable in showing us the models that pertained to what we are looking for. We were able to go over all aspects of buying here. The homes are beautiful, the property as well as the golf course right next to it is stunning. If things work out as we hope they will, we be very happy homeowners here sometime next year.

        My realtor spoke to a sales rep explaining wed like to stop by and were told that there would be no salesperson available however we could tour the models ourselves. We arrived at the office and spoke to a nice lady who assured us shed be there to answer any questions. Returning to the sales office, the young lady we spoke to was preoccupied at her computer in the corner with AirPods on and a gentleman was present who said hes just there to do things and is not supposed to answer questions. He said hed be happy to make an appointment for me and that I could find any information on the web and provided a brochure. I explained that I was visiting from Florida and leaving the next day to no avail. Very disappointed in Shea Builders. If a potential home buyer is visiting from another state a good representative would provide their time.
