When extenuating circumstances had us moving back to Idaho in a rather short amount of time, Raina Gabbard and Cindie Stacy made it happen! It was definitely a challenge with my husband staying in Wisconsin to sell our old home. Raina was working diligently with me in Idaho to find our new home. She kept my husband updated on everything here, answered all of his questions and gave expert advice through the entire process. Not only did they find us the perfect home within our budget here, they were instrumental in helping us sell our home there. They definitely went above and beyond! Cindie and Raina treat each client as a family member. They are efficient, effective and very knowledgeable about the intricacies of real estate. We have done 6 transactions beginning with the sale of a rental house through Cindie back in probably 2002 and the last transaction occurring in May of 2018 and since they have all gone extremely well I guess we would give them a 6 Star Rating! Here is the thing - Cindie and Raina are extremely straight forward, honest and actually work very, very hard for you. They do their homework so when the price is set, it is right which is why our properties sold quickly and for full price. They are equally astute when approaching a purchase transaction for a client. When we sold our last two properties, they were in Boise County so our first inclination was to hire a realtor that was "in market"...in the end, my husband and I sat down and talked and we couldn't get comfortable with the idea of "not" using Cindie and Raina. So we called them and they agreed to come up and look at the properties and studied the market because they didn't want to take the listing if they didn't feel they could do their best job for us. In the end they took the listings because of our long relationship and their research. The house was under contract in 12 days and the other property we had up there was under contract in 15. Why did that happen? Well I think we had nice properties...but they were also properly priced...and...get this, Cindie and Raina actually do far more to market properties than just putting them on MLS. They researched and contacted realtors who had sold properties in the County directly, they sent mailings to people in the area who might want to make a purchase and they followed up and reported to us after every single showing...and that was really important because when the contract on the second property fell through, they had a back-up buyer in place and the property essentially never went out of contract but for a few hours...and by the way....Cindie negotiated to get the new buyer to close within just a few days of our original planned closing date. These were all essential things to us because we were moving out of state and didn't need to be worrying about what was going on with an unsold property. I cannot imagine there being a finer set of realtors in Boise...with them it is personal...and that has always paid off for us!

Raina has been a delight to work with. Very efficient and professional, she always stays on task and makes sure timelines are met; she's also very personable and kind and easy to work with. We will for sure use her in future and recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We first learned of Homes N Boise in 2001 when they sold our home in southwest Boise. Cindie lived in the neighborhood and had been watching the home as she noticed us getting ready to move. As soon as it was listed, Cindie notified a potential buyer and we had an offer in less than 8 hours. I worked for a large local company and had the opportunity to hire a number of young professionals that were local and some were from out of state. I always recommended Homes N Boise to help with their housing needs. I know of at least 7 different families that used Homes N Boise to either buy or sell their homes. Most of them are repeat clients like us. I am certain there were even more second hand referrals. I have never spoken to anyone that was not delighted with their experience with Homes N Boise. We certainly have been very pleased with all of our encounters. Homes N Boise are the ultimate professionals yet very personable. They care about our homes as if they were theirs. Our most recent experience was selling a larger 18 year old custom built home and building a smaller home based on a model. Homes N Boise were involved throughout for the entire year. The process this time was longer due to the time of the year and the price of the homes. We still had success. We hope we are now living in our forever home, but if not, we will not hesitate to contact Homes N Boise.
