    I just wanted to copy and paste this email that I sent to our apartment people. They have been taking good care of the property and are proud to help anyway they can. Jordan and her team truly wants to make it a great living experience for all who comes to live here and it's so nice. "I just wanted to say thank you. Not only to you, Jordan, but to your staff as well. I've immediately noticed a change since you've been in charge and it's very lovely to see and I really appreciate your focus and hard work with this property. You guys are outside helping shovel the snow and laying down ice melt, you are informing us of outside/inside maintenance times or delays, weather concerns, office hours, and anything and everything you're trying to better or keep up on. Your communication is very much appreciated and I thank you! Seeing you help with just shoveling yourself was such an immediate eye opener to our last management vs now and how we've been treated with work orders, complaints, etc. Not saying the last people didn't care, but I can really notice the urgency change and your positive attitude with everything and it's just delightful. Thank you so much to making this place great and updated. I also appreciate your response time and help with anything that's we've needed. You rock!"

    My view is amazing, the apartment is spacious, and the staff is quick to respond to our needs. For a place where a lot of young college students live its very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I am HIGHLY concerned with how much rent is. I used to live in King County (Seattle, WA) and my mortgage for the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home I owned was less. I sure hope the price of rent stops going up.

    Canyon view has been an amazing experience! The application process was made to be incredibly easy for us, we received prompt responses, and on top of that the place is beautiful. The apartments are very clean and pet friends! We love it here

    Our last move was quite an adventure and, thanks to Jordan Kelley, the manager of Canyonview Apartments, everything turned out just fine. We'd been informed by the owner of our house that we had less time to move than we'd originally been told. We were not too surprised, the owner was almost 90 years old and, we guessed something like this might happen. But if we agreed to move quickly, the owner would have packers and movers provided - free of charge. And we didn't even mind having to move. In fact we were looking forward to downsizing. We were definitely no longer in need of a large house. It had become extremely tiresome cleaning, dusting, mowing the lawn and taking care of the 1 acre lot and in-ground pool [that no one was using or swimming in anymore]. Our only son had moved out and was going to LC-SC college - living on campus. Then, out of the blue, wed been informed that the sale of our house had closed early and we had to be out in a few days. Packers would be arriving to do all the work - so that was cool - but we still hadnt found a place to live yet. Wed narrowed it down to a couple houses. Moving day was upon us and we had no place to move into. We figured we would get an Airbnb & have the movers put all our furniture and "stuff" in storage...but, what a hassle - that would mean we'd need to move twice! Getting an Airbnb was an option; but, one we didn't want. The next day we had a small army of packers spread out on all three levels of our house, peppering us with a constant stream of questions, where does this go and where does that go All the while the stress of knowing we still had no place to move into to was becoming unbearable. Moving day had arrived and we now had movers at our house. Every house we thought might work for us was giving us the same speal "It will take a minimum of three working days to approve your application and check your references, etc" Unbelievable... Then I found Jordan Kelley's business card in my jacket pocket. I remembered that she had made such a favorable impression on us when we visited Canyonview two weeks ago - plus - Canyonview is in a great location....I decided to give Jordan Kelley a call and take a chance on her laughing at me when I tell her I need to move into an apartment tomorrow... Jordan answered the phone and, not only did she not laugh at me when I explained to her my family's situation - she seemed to genuinely want to help! She said, "Get me your information right away, and I'll do my level best to get you approved quickly - maybe even tomorrow." I couldn't believe it. I was so happy to have someone like Jordan actually willing to help us get approved by the next day. Well, true to her word, after emailing information back and forth, getting Jordan everything she needed, she called to let me know we'd been approved the very next day! And sure enough, we picked up the keys for the very same apartment we looked at when we visited! To this day, I feel that I owe Jordan Kelley a debt of gratitude for her courtesy, her understanding and her professionalism. When we visited Canyonview Apartments, she provided us with a terrific PMCE (Positive, Memorable, Customer Experience) and, because of that, I kept her business card. Then, when we needed someone to help us get approved quickly, she was an ally who was willing to help - and she went the extra mile to make it happen. We;ve been living in Canyonview for about a month now. The adjustment from downsizing was much easier than I had envisioned. We're very happy here and we're glad we chose Canyonview - and, honestly, it is all because of Jordan! Happy residents 2746 17th Street, Apt 104
