        Love my New flooring. I was worried, as this was our first new floor we were having done. It did get postponed for a week, But we were thankful for that as we got to -10 and it snowed. Ihe job was set for 4-5 days, But was done in 3. Our sales person was Byrne, he was wonderful to work with. And Nevin was the installer, He did a wonderful job and the man is a very hard worker. And Very pleasant to talk to. Thank you both, we will definitely be back to do more business in the future. Bill & DeeDee Jablonowski

      Skyler, we are sorry you feel you had awful customer experience however, you were informed there would be no returns on special orders. We happily made an exception for you but you did not want to return material due to the suppliers restocking fees and cost of freight. The products you installed were not selected by you and cost was clearly communicated prior to and purchasing or ordering. We respectfully ask that you reconsider your review or remove it completely as it is not fair or accurate to your experience at Skelton’s.
