When I first came to the firm, he had an audit. I told him how my previous accountant threw me under the bus. It started out fine, until Ryan didn't add my Per Diem and gave me attitude that I made him fix his mistake. He was able to manipulate the firm to stop my service for this year, but I also think he did something and is throwing me under the bus too. I paid $1500. I could have had H&R block do it for cheaper and probably faster. totally a waste of money. Not the professionals I expected.

I came to this firm because I had my taxes done during the Covid pandemic, who didnt file them and didnt get my ppp loan. I wanted a decent accountant, these people were expensive, so I thought they might be good. They didnt deduct my per diem, so I called them on it and had them fix it. Its the biggest deduction for anyone in the logistics business. We did have a snag, from my old tax person, but nothing unexpected. I am not sure if they changed the information correctly, but I had to hire a tax attorney this year because Ryan Eaton threw me under the bus and hid behind the skirt of Becca Dugger whos degree is from LCSC. This is not a top tier firm. I didnt feel he was that competent anyway and you get someone who is ego centric and defensive Id stay away. They really didnt have any professional tips, so dont come here if you have problems that needs sorted out. Im probably to a point I can use turbo tax and AI software anyway. I predict this firm will have trouble keeping up with the future. It was $1500 to get my taxed done here. There are many cheaper places. My taxes should be pretty straight forward and easy, because I don't have any employees.
