        My boyfriend took a picture there to be framed in August. Was asked for half down. $300 in total. Picked out the frame and everything. Was called about a month later to say it was completed. Went in today to pick it up, apologizing profusely for being so late. Picture was not done! Still rolled up under the desk! They had replaced the glass on a 2nd picture, and was charged almost $38 for that today. Was then told, they would order the material for the 1st picture. We thought it was completed! Not so much as a sorry, the 2nd one is on us. Nothing! Needless to say, we will not be taking any of our other pictures there to be framed!

        Josephine was very patient and helpful. She had great suggestions about the entire room. If I had stayed longer, I'm sure I would have bought more. I know I will be back.

      Can you please revise this review? We do not do pictures frames. We're Sylvan Furniture and just sell Quality Furniture and Mattresses. You are probably referring to the picture frame store next door to us which is completely separate from us. Thank you.
