Very rude customer service and employees were short tempered, and impatient. We tried explaining the haircut to the oldest hairdresser at the station near the front, but she would cut us off and not give us a chance to say how to fix the boys haircut. She gave him a horrible cut and didn't even try to blend the hair, then got snippy when we told her it's not what we wanted. We walked out looking worse than walking in.

Paula cut my hair last week and Im still looking in the mirror like whoa, my hair looks so good! I dont live locally, hadnt planned on getting a haircut and had no idea you could get in line online, its all new to me. Thanks for accommodating me. It was late in day when I happened to be passing through and they managed to get me in with barely any notice, which is amazing and I am so grateful for!

I had the great pleasure of having April cut my hair today. She was very polite and did a wonderful job with my 0/2 Fade. She's going to be my pick from now on!
