Im a Parkinsons patient and am in the process of transitioning to Medicare. I had been struggling to determine the status of that process and, after striking out with numerous agencies and offices, I reached out to John for help. After listening to my story, he explained the process and described what he thought would be the case for my situation. He then advised me to call Social Security to confirm it, outlining what specifically to ask. He was 100% correct in his evaluation of my case and everything is on track now. I very much appreciate the professional assistance he provided to me when there was no sale on the table. He will be the first person I contact when I do need to supplement my insurance needs.
