The print staff are phenomenal. I asked them to cut my wedding invites and RSVP cards and they did so wonderfully. They even called to make sure they had all the information correct which made me feel extra valued as a customer. I wish I remembered all of their names (Caleb and Megan I think are two of them) because they all genuinely deserve a shoutout and some recognition. Thank you team! Ill definitely be coming back to work with you guys soon!

The way this staples handles their promotions is so wrong. If I cud give them 0 stars I would. I will never spend another dime in this store. Go to Costco or Walmart. Dont waste your money here.

Possible scam. Fake charges? Check your receipt. As I made the purchase, the cashier, without my permission, started pressing accept buttons before I could verify the amount. I asked for a manager that told the cashier he did nothing wrong. They DO NOT have the LEGAL right or authority to accept a credit card transaction and bypass my review of the charges. I also called their corporate offices and filed a complaint. For all I know, they said yes to donations or something else. I will have to verify with my credit card company. Not how it should be done. They did this once before and I assumed the cashier was new. This time the manager said he did nothing wrong. YES THEY DID. Update, he did this from the cash register. They should NOT be able to override or bypass the credit card process from the cash register.
