Idaho Department of Correction Felony Probation and Parole

I have been working over at the ID DOC several times in the last few weeks. Because of this, Ive had the opportunity to over hear multiple communications with those that come in and out of the facility. I have observed the Office staff as well as the parole officers to be not only pleasant and polite, but also show great interest in their parolees. That said, I just wanted to give them some kudos! Youve got some good people there!

These people are extremely rude! I called to ask a simple question about whether or not they had received some court minutes, since I was specifically told 3 days prior that they were "just waiting for the court minutes, check back Monday" Well it's Monday! Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in that office ,but it certainly doesn't warrant treating me like some sort of 2nd class citizen! Whoever answered the phone, some guy, was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude!
