We decided in March of 2016 it was time to stop paying rent and invest in our own place. I contacted Jessica Bean and she met with us and What we really wanted in a house. She was great to work with and provided many different options. When we finally found the house we wanted, She was great at communicating with us even on the weekends and in the evenings. Whenever I had a question or looking for more information she was extremely responsive. We finally signed on our home in June of 2016 and have loved our house since. I would highly recommend working with the Bean team they're amazing people and truly care about what you look for in a home. If we were to ever decide to sell our home I would go through Jessica Bean and her team.
