    If I could give a 0, I would. I live an hour and 15 minutes away. I purchased a spray tan package and was told that I could tan until they were all used. I still have two left and I went in today,, the attendant told me they expired last month. She would not allow me to tan again unless I pay for today, which is $37. I have been coming here for two years. Poor customer service. I will never return here. Also, for at least 4 of my prior tans, the machine was not working properly and making loud sounds. I never complained. They were also out of the tanning solution I normally would use for more than 2 weeks. At one time I did not receive the tanning foot stickers because she said it was a discounted day. I told her I was a pre-paid tanner. I was still not given the stickers for my feet. Normally, I never leave negative reviews or reviews for that matter. But this is very upsetting, especially since I drive so far away to come here. The employee was very unprofessional and had a phony, happy attitude that I interpreted as she could not care less about good customer service or the fact that I was unsatisfied with the way it was handled. I would rather self tan at home, than to ever step foot in here again. What a joke. Do not go here. I didnt see any signs indicating that it was only for the year. I was told by an employee that I could use all my sessions and they did not expire. That is what I went by. I didnt complain about the spray tan machine not working correctly, but the staff did mention it and there was nothing they could do to accommodate because it was broke down and they were trying to get it fixed. It was just inconvenient because I traveled an hour and 15 minutes to tan. I also had to use a different color solution a few times because they were out of the one. I normally used each time I went in. I accepted what I got. Your reply does not validate what happened. Nothing was ever offered to me for the inconvenience of the machine not working properly and for not getting the foot stickers and for being out of the tanning solution. All of those things could have been dealt with when they were happening. So, like I said, your reply does not validate anything. Poor customer service. Service: Spray tanning

    I highly recommend Electric Rays tanning studio. The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The studio has top quality equipment and the staff is always happy to explain the machines to you and help you figure out the best services for you. Im posting a pic of Winston.

    The gals that work at the salon are nice but after the horrors we have had to deal with from a very rude and cold "person" at their "corporate" office I had to drop my review from 4 star. We moved out of the country to Costa Rica and when we signed up we told the gals that that we were moving out of the area in a few months. The girls told us we couldn't cancel at the counter and would have to go to a website to cancel service and how important this was because it was complicated and cumbersome process so we made sure my wife canceled her membership the week before she left to make sure it was done. Just last week (3 months after cancelling and moving) my wife caught a popup on her notifications that Rays had charged her for another month after she had already cancelled. She went through all her transactions and they had continued to charge us every month and there were 4 charges at $90 per month for a service she wasn't even in the country to use after she had already cancelled. The rude person at corporate claimed my wife never cancelled but that was a lie because the process is so cumbersome and hard to forget that my wife was able to give me the step-by-step process of canceling that she went through on the website and she told me the layout of the page and the drop down menu and the entire process from her memory which was 100% accurate so we know that she cancelled. Apparently customer service is not a concern for this business and they will rob you if they are given the opportunity. There were no losses or expenses to the company for any services rendered to my wife these past 4 months, everyone at the site knew my wife by name and many knew she was no longer in the country. To us it is clear that the company either dropped the ball or an error occurred in their system because we know we cancelled and my wife had let the gals at the site know she had canceled her last few tan visits before flying out. Instead of exercising customer service and understanding that an obvious error occurred they instead called my wife a liar and plan on sticking by robbing her of nearly $400 just because they can. Horrible company, horrible management, and crooked business.

We make sure we have it posted everywhere and even remind clients about their sessions. It’s never our goal to make it an inconvenience for clients. We would have been happy to help with any issues you had experienced with the spray tan machine. If we would have known earlier about your dissatisfaction, we could have helped you. We can assure you that our staff does indeed care about our clients. We do want to apologize that you made the trip to town and your sessions were no longer active.
