Terrible experience today. Told 45 mins for an oil change. Shop was empty. Seemed a bit long but so be it. Well past an hour later, I look up and realize my car has been parked and ready while the employee has been on the computer for ages. When I go up to the counter, I find out he's been up there fussing over quotes, for stuff they found wrong while doing my oil change. Including work he says my brakes will need next winter! (6+ months from now). He's going on and on, can't get them to print etc. I have to basically beg him to stop working on the quotes I didn't ask for, and just take my money for the actual service I came in for, so I can go home before I starve to death.

As far as the quote he was spending time on, this is included in a full service so we can communicate and make our customers aware of issues that have arisen or might arise to prevent possible breakdowns or issues.
