My yard is a mess and Joe said he would Guarantee I would be happy with it. I threw away $4600 to him on a terrible landscaping job Beware. I have told so many people about this and they had negative experiences also.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The owner is a rip-off! He required a 50% down payment in cash and then never, ever showed up. I had a hazard tree that was about to fall on my house and needed it taken down. He promised and promised but never would show up. He kept my $400 and that was it! I was able to get another tree service to take care of the tree and the owner of that company told me Berzerker has a reputation for doing this to people. I have all the proof for a small claims case but was advised I'll never see a dime out of him. DO NOT BE ONE OF HIS VICTIMS! Service: Tree removal

Stay away from Berserker tree & landscape service. He might be decent at tree trimming and clean up, but as far as landscaping he is a hack. Not only did I give him a deposit but when he finally showed up over a month and a half after he said he would, he asked for more money before the job was started. Then after a few weeks of him coming over for an hour here and there he asked for more money. After he finally did the job he charged more than the original bid. The price wouldnt have been an issue except that he left me with a torn up yard that I finally paid someone else to fix, broke a drip line that he supposedly fixed but didnt and therefore killed my arbervitae trees. Hes not returning my phone calls ( he was never good at communicating since day 1). Joe needs to stay away from landscaping and just stick with trees.

Joe asked me to prepay for thatching and aeration (which I foolishly did) and then nothing!! I had to ask repeatedly to just mow the yard! It would finally get done very 2-3 weeks, and then it only got thatched when I threatened to put a big sign in the yard saying yard by Berserker. But then after that I would call, leave Facebook messages. Anything! The worst part is that HE DID THIS TO ME 2 YEARS AGO and I took them back for service! What a foolish mistake. But now.my once beautiful yard is growing wild grass and looks terrible. I feel completely justified leaving this review after having had this done to me once before. Do not use berserker!
